He is survived by: his wife Vickie Sue Hoffman; his sons, Joshua Walker (Peggy) and Randall Shutes; his siblings, Phillip James (Deseree), Deborah White (Jonah) and Sharon Franco (Joe); his granddaughters, Scarlett and Sophie; and his nieces and nephews, Samantha, Matthew, Morgan, Scottie and Destiny.
