He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Miguel Angel González and Noemi Carvajal González. He is survived by: his uncle Raul Carvajal; his wife Anabelle R. González; his children, Carlos M. González Jr. (Adelaida) and Anabelle Medina (Victor); his grandchildren, Noah Miguel González, Eva Marisol Medina, Zoe Milagro González, Elias Miguel Medina, Alyana Noemi Medina, Mia Rene Medina, Yesenia Nazario, Dahiana Rodriguez and Nathalie Castellano; and his siblings, Juan Miguel González, Noemi González Williams and Miguel Angel González II (Mike).
