He is survived by: his sons, Michael Mastay and Matthew Mastay (Jamie); his grandchildren, Audrey, Cooper, Edwin and Malia; his sisters, Denise Powell (Craig) and Diane Mastay; and his mother Sarah Mastay. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and nieces.
