It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bertha M. Mitchell of Hollywood, Florida, born in Dover Foxcroft, Maine, who passed away on August 26, 2023, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Tibbetts and Marion Tibbetts (Thayer); and her husband Charles. She is survived by: her children, Larry (Jane) of Yukon, OK, Robert (Anji) of Levant, David (Wanda) of Orono and Linda (John) of Framingham, MA.; her grandchildren, Dr. Renae Zavasky (Scott) of Haverhill, MA, Jillian Cookson (Christopher) of Glenburn and Michael (Danielle) of Glenburn; and her nephew Dale Tibbetts (Debbie) of Dover Foxcroft. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and cousins.
Bertha overcame much adversity and many injuries and Covid, earning her the right and privilege to make it almost to 100 years old.
