He was predeceased by: his father Leland Toby Evans; his grandparents, John Tanner, Louise Tanner, Leland "L. S." and Helen Evans; his brother William Billy Evans; and his mother-in-law Darlene Bailey.
He is survived by: his wife Cherie Evans; his daughters, Ellianna (Trevor Sweat) and Elizabeth Evans; his mother Linda Tanner; his uncle Roy Tanner; his grandson Aiden Sweat; and his father-in-law A. P. Bailey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
