He was predeceased by: his father Joe Mitchell; and his siblings, Ricky Mitchell and Wilma Carroll. He is survived by: his daughters-in-law, Yogi and Sandy Skipper; his daughters, Latrelle (Joey Faulkner), Emmie (Paul Bragg) and Kelsey Smiley; and his brothers, Von Mitchell and Greg (Crystal Mitchell). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
