He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvert Addison and Evelyn Ramey Cumbo; and his sons, Keith Randall Cumbo and Terry Joe Cumbo. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Busby Cumbo of Hollister; his children, Robert Dewayne Cumbo of Welaka, Cecil Howard Cumbo II of Hollister, Vicki Lynn Sheppard of Graham, NC. and Sheryl Cumbo Holt of Johnson; and his siblings, Wayne Cumbo of Keystone Heights, Bobby Cumbo of Interlachen and Bernice Stoeffler of Tampa. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
