She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Mullins, Jr. of Hollister and Jamie R. Mullins (Belinda) of Hollister; her sister Margie Collins of Hollister; her sister-in-law Charlotte Musick of Palatka; and her grandchildren, Shelby Blount (Jonathan) of Hollister and Jennifer Mullins of Hollister.
