He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Lee Haney Sr. and Marie Haney (Gullett); his wife Tammy Blair; and his siblings, Chester Lee Haney Jr., Wayne Douglas Haney (Lori), Everett Allen Haney, James Cristopher Haney, Thomas Scott Haney, Mary Catherine Haney and Mable Marie Haney Blair (Ronnie).
He is survived by: his children, Robert Haney (Bobby) of Holiday and Elizabeth Haney Islaam (Beth) of Holiday; his sister Rebecca Ann (Jack Warnock) of Thelma; his sisters-in-law, Doris Haney of Paintsville, Beatrice Haney of Paintsville, Ida Haney of Paintsville and Eldalane Haney; his daughter Billie Jo Sparks of Flat Gap; and his friend Jackie Haney of Holiday.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 27th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Thomas B. Dobies Funeral Home - Holiday Chapel (4910 Bartelt Rd, Holiday, FL 34690).
