With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pat Lykouretzos of Holiday, Florida, who passed away on January 15, 2025 at the age of 89. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Pat Lykouretzos to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Panagiotis Alexopoulos and Giannoula Alexopoulos; her husband Ted Lykouretzos; and her brothers, Spyridon, Lykourgos and Nick Alexopoulos.
She is survived by: her son John T. Lykouretzos; her daughter-in-law Joella Lykouretzos; and her grandchildren, Patricia Madeline "Maddie", Theodore John "Teddy" and John Theodore "Jack", Jr.. She is also survived by 30 nephews and nieces along with their spouses.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Thomas B. Dobies Funeral Home - Holiday Chapel (4910 Bartelt Rd, Holiday, FL 34690). Viewing was held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Salerno's Rosedale Chapel (450 W Lake St, Roselle, IL 60172). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church (893 Church Rd, Elmhurst, IL 60126).
