He was predeceased by: his parents, Blanche Lavish Lesniak and William Lesniak. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Lesniak of Holiday, Shirley Lesniak, Suzette Dombrowski (Liz), Ann Jago (Lonnie), Patricia Dombrowski, Barbara Sanderson and Maggie Lozano; his grandchildren, Chelsea Groves and Rylie McCormick; his great grandchild Addilynn Woodson; and his pets, Honey and Mickey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
