She is survived by: her husband Jose, Sr.; her son Jose, Jr.; her mother Julia Nieves; her siblings, Josue Ortiz, Benito Ortiz, Jr. and Rosaida Ortiz; and her grandchildren, Emily Rivera and Alex Rivera.
