He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Mullett and Leda Mullett (Bowser); his wife Dorothy J. Mullett (Shaffer); and his brother Tim Mullett. He is survived by: his son Jeffery D. Mullett (Helena) of Howland; his grandsons, Justin Ryan Mullett (Heather), Edward James Mullett and Sean Anthony Mullett; his great grandchildren, Jaden, Jenny, Mason and Jasmine; and his brother David Mullett of Mt. Gilead, Ohio. He is also survived by several foster siblings and several nieces and nephews.
