He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Mazzarini and Firenze Persi Mazzarini; his daughter Annette Mazzarini; and his siblings, Daniel, Frederick, Louis and Mary Pellarin.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Carey); and his children, Karen Mazzarini of Holiday, Patty Balk of Holiday, Donna Palladino (Jerry) of Hudson, FL, Diane Popek (Jeff) of Mt, Merita Smith of Oakdale, Anthony Mazzarini Jr. (Michelle) of Scott Township and Janet Mazzarini (Lawson) of Moon Township. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
