He was predeceased by: his parents, Keller Johnson (Lillie) and Lillie Mae Martin (Bishop); his wife Wanda Dean Helphenstine; and his siblings, Keller Jr., Willis, Mae, Pauline, Asa and Sam.
He is survived by: his children, Carla Case (Phil) of Hobe Sound and Harold Dean (Kayla) of Hobe Sound; his grandchildren, Danielle (Sean), Philip Case, Andrea Case, Ethan (Lauren), Collin (Kaley), Landon Martin and Dylan Martin; his great grandchildren, Evan and Isabella Adams; and his grandchildren, Stephen, Paul Kuo and Ruth Choi.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hobe Sound Bible Church (11295 SE Gomez Ave, Hobe Sound, FL 33455). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fleming County Cemetery (330 E Water St, Flemingsburg, KY 41041).
