He was predeceased by: his daughter Jeannemarie; and his siblings, Jeananne and Steve. He is survived by: his children, Stacy (Andrew), Stephanie (James), John (Lauren), Timothy (MaryKate) and Patrick (Katie); and his grandchildren, Zachary, Christina, Grace, Emma, Jack, Kayla, Reggie, Tess and Nina.
A private service will be held for Jack and no flowers or donations are encouraged.
