With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joel Henry Monsma of Hobe Sound, Florida, born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on April 21, 2025 at the age of 81. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joel Henry Monsma to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his sister Virginia Moore. He is survived by: his wife Constance Monsma; his brother Phillip Monsma; his sons, J. Chris Monsma (Eva) of Lexington, SC, Alexander N Monsma (Heather) of Hoover, AL and Corey A Monsma (Monica) of Chelsea, MI.; and his grandchildren, Sophia, Maria, Braxton, Madison, Caleb, Nora, Ella, Avery and Ashlyn Monsma.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint John Chrysostom Greek Orthodox Church of Martin County (10605 SE Federal Hwy, Hobe Sound, FL 33455). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
