She was predeceased by: her parent Frank Adelfio; and her brothers, Frank Adelfio, Salvatore Adelfio and Thomas Adelfio. She is survived by: her parent Josephine Adelfio; her son Thomas Blythe (Donna); and her grandchildren, Nicole Blythe, Thomas C. Blythe (Janeen), Eric J. Blythe (Stacie), Amber Knode, Maya Sage, Bear Henson Blythe and Benji Blythe. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
