He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Louis Thrift, Sr. and Iris Prescott Thrift; and his brother Robert Louis Thrift, Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Thrift Oakie and Ronald Ira Thrift (Sheri). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Buford Grove Baptist Church (553274 US-1, Hilliard, FL 32046). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
