He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jesse Farrar and Helen Farrar (Stout); his wife Kathryn Kocher; his children, Perry Farrar (Nancy) of Maryland, Diane DeGezelle (David) of Pennsylvania, Ronald Farrar (Melissa) of Callahan, FL and Janet Plummer (Ricky) of Callahan, FL.; his grandchildren, Dawn, Gwenn, Timothy, Amber, Matthew, Hannah, Jackson, Scarlett and Ashlee; and his caregiver Debbie Lindsay. He was also cherished by 17 great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Perrin's 90th birthday in 2020 was during the early days of the pandemic and the local first responders surprised him with their sirens, a parade, and a cake.
