He is survived by: his wife Jackie Crews; his children, David Crews (Cindi), Shari Braddock (Jeff), Travis Smith and Daryl Smith; and his sisters, Cindy Burkett (David), Nelda Mayberry and Margie Murrhee. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Nassau Funeral Home (541720 US-1, Callahan, FL 32011). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
