She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Rowe and Harley (Minnie Rowe); and her sister Lillian Rowe. She is survived by: her son Dave Boutwell. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the River Road Baptist Church (21067 Co Rd 121, Hilliard, FL 32046).
