It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Laverne Neece of Hilliard, Florida, born in Jacksonville, Florida, who passed away on February 16, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene McMahel and Jewel Louise Nicks McMahel; her husband Fred Neece; and her son Jimmy Darrell Hogge. She is survived by: her children, Randy Goodman (Tanya), Wanda Elsea (Sandra De La Cruz), Annette Hicks (Sue McMahel) and Dale McMahel (Wallace McMahel); her grandchildren, Katherine Elsea, Amy Duffy (Jeff), Avery Cox, Brandon Goodman (Sara), RJ Goodman (Kayli), Dillon Goodman (Wynter), Liam Goodman and Randilynn Goodman; and her great grandchildren, Londyn Goodman, Kallie Goodman, DJ Goodman, Jayden Duffy, Ava Duffy, Maverick Goodman and Dominic Goodman.
