She is survived by: her husband James Merritt, Sr.; and her children, James Merritt, Jr. (Sherry), Gina Bolen (Neil), Donna Dale, Marlena Michael (Randy) and Jonathan Merritt. She is also survived by 28 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
