He was predeceased by : his father Gerald "Jerry" Lewis; and his son-in-law Rusty Tyler. He is survived by : his mother Romelia "Mel" Gallegos Lewis; his wife Cathy Vanzant; his daughter Leslie Tyler; his sister Tracy Lewis; his grandchildren, Haven Kersey (Abigail), Gabriel Tyler, Abigail Tyler and Hardyn Lewis; his step-son JC Vann; and his siblings-in-law, Janice Corbin (Peter) and Larry Vanzant (Sue). and Henry Vanzant.
