She was predeceased by: her parents, Gustavo Gregory Perez and Jessie Camilla Ortagus Perez; her husbands, Thomas Chittenden, Sr. and Gilbert George Hendrickson; and her siblings, Charles Perez, Steve Perez, Robert Perez, Gustavo Perez, Vincent Perez, Anthony "Mike" Perez, Richard Perez, Jessie Perez Turner, Blanche Perez Nettles and Mary Perez.
She is survived by: her childrens, Thomas Chittenden, Jr. (Sherry), Nina Kelly, Tina Cole, Bruce Chittenden (Kathy), Derek Hendrickson (Deleine), Angela Plath, Agnes Rowe and Helen Standish. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
