He was predeceased by: his father Aaron Vinson; and his siblings, Bill Vinson, Sammie Levon Vinson, Clyde Vinson, Etheleen Allen, Janie Malone and Peggy Knight.
He is survived by: his wife Esther W. Vinson; his children, Joshua P. Mullens (Jarah) and June E. Gorney (DJ); his grandchildren, David F. Gorney (Mary), Dalton A. Mullens (Scarlett), Ashleigh N. Gorney, Tyler Burnsed and Nadia Burnsed; his great grandchildren, Kensley Mullens, Blair Mullens, Lily Gorney, David Gorney, III, Vernae Burnsed and Raelynn Burnsed; and his sister Judy Vinson. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces; countless number of friends.
