He is survived by: his wife Esther Evans (Calkins); his daughters, Linda Carew (Michael), Bonnie Brown (Jason) and Wanda Bonis (Ray); his grandchildren, Travis Carew (Hillary), Bailey Eade (Chris), Charley Hicks (Sara), Ryley Hicks, Holly Brown, Hannah Brown and Christian Bonis; his great grandchildren, Gracelynn Carew, Fisher Carew, Grant Eade, Kylen Eade and Emerie Eade; his brother Milburn Evans (Brenda); and his brother-in-law Bill McCulley.
