She is survived by: her pet Dracula "Drac" O'Hearne; her husband David B. O'Hearne; her children, Brian O'Hearne, Mary O'Hearne and Jennifer Shepard; her children-in-law, Kerry Moynihan and Michael J. Shepard; her sisters, Stefanie Gugelot and Mary Blum; her brother-in-law Peter Blum; her grandchildren, Patrick O'Hearne, Liam Shepard, Deirdre Shepard, Aidan O'Hearne and Brendan Shepard; her nieces, Deirdre Gugelot and Caitlin Moran; and her cousin Michael Botty. She is also survived by many other cousins who came after him; two great-nieces and two great-nephews; and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to Trustbridge Hospice at Bethesda Hospital East where the nurses took such good care of her.
