He was predeceased by: his wife Vera; his children, Maureen Toal (Patrick), Sean Acosta (Debbie), Colin Acosta (Stephanie) and Kathleen DeMartino; his grandchildren, Samantha Acosta, Stephany Acosta, Megan Acosta, Natalie Acosta, Salvatore DeMartino, Antonio DeMartino Jr., Sabrina DeMartino, Christina DeMartino, Joseph Toal, Matthew Toal, Ryan Toal, Patrick Toal Jr., Shari Cali-Manko, Sean Acosta Jr., Shannon Acosta and Syndie Acosta; and his great grandchildren, Blair Toal, Maeve Toal, Ellison Toal, Isabella Toal, Zoe Cali-Manko and Harper Cali-Manko.
