It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wanda Bryan Whitaker of High Springs, Florida, who passed away on September 1, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Waldon Bryan and Mary Malphurs Bryan; her husband Daniel Whitaker, Jr.; her son Garland Strickland, Jr.; her brother Myron; and her sister-in-law Barbara Ann Bryan.
She is survived by: her nephew Clint Bryan (Linda) of Alachua, FL; her nieces, Robin Bryan Odom (Donnie) of Alachua, FL and Stella Bryan Burnham (Bubba) of Alachua, FL; and her close friends, Cathy Cain of Alachua, FL and Nancy Imler of Alachua, FL. She is also survived by numerous great-nieces and great-nephews; cousins.
