She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry and Viola Clemons; and her husband James W. Waggoner. She is survived by: her daughter Barbara Wilke (John); her granddaughters, Christy Allen (Jesse) and Kelly Cunningham (Jeff); and her great grandchildren, Dillon, Gemma, Mason Allen, Jocelyn, Elaina, Johnathan and Annaliese Cunningham. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 12:30 PM at 19162 NW 240th St, High Springs, FL 32643-0541.
