He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lloyd Hullett and Leatha Kimbrell Hullett; his daughter Ashleigh Johnson; and his sisters, Lillian Lawter, Correll Bonner, Patricia Sherrell, Dot Henderson and Lorie Waters.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Hullett; his children, Donna Danks, Michael Hullett, Stephanie Cathcart, Gengie Nail, Susie Lott, Amy Johnson and Kristin Wright; and his siblings, Marie Blackwell, Kate Hullett and Donald Hullett. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
The family requests in lieu of flowers that donations be made in John's honor to The Russell Home for Atypical Children.
