James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Scaggs Camper and James R Collier. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Collier; his daughter Shawna Hale (Steve) of High Springs; his brother Mike Collier of Keystone Heights; and his grandson Trey Peplowski of St Petersburg.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the High Springs Cemetery Ne 2nd (19162 NW 240th St, High Springs, FL 32643). A graveside service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
