She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Frederick Sr. and Lucille Helen Foster (Rosenhagen). She is survived by: her children, Heather Harrell (Buck) and Kyle Kintner; her grandchildren, Julianna Harrell, Colton Kintner, Gaston Kintner, Jaxon Harrell, Jeffrey Braun and James Carter; her brother Howard Foster III; her sister-in-law Lynn Foster; her sisters, Barbara Flannery and Susan Mincey; and her brother-in-law Al Mincey (Big Al). She is also survived by nephews her second children and their kids her grandkids.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Evans-Carter Funeral Home & Cremation Services (18724 High Springs Main St, High Springs, FL 32643). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Heather Harrell or Kyle Kintner at 502 SW Bobcat Dr, Fort White, Florida 32038.
