He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Douglas (H. E.) and Arvie Douglas; his wife Donna Douglas; and his brother Eugene Douglas. He is survived by: his siblings, Edwin Douglas of High Springs and Naomi Douglas of High Springs; his son Brent Douglas; his daughter-in-law Amy Douglas of High Springs; his daughter Beth Wise; his son-in-law Tony Wise of Georgetown, Kentucky.; and his grandchildren, Jarrett, Rebecca Douglas, Faith and Grace Wise. He is also survived by many other family members and close friends.
