He was predeceased by: his father Charles M. Williams, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Marietta Williams; his children, Charles "Charlie" Williams (Kari), Rhonda Dickhaut (Don), Robin Larocca (Lance), Kathy Green (Brian) and Lynn Hope (David); and his siblings, Tom Williams (Mary), Carl Wayne Williams (Teresa), Iunis Carroll (Pete) and Kathleen Hornsby (Gene).
