He was predeceased by: his parents, Antony Crisalli and Eugenia Crisalli; and his wife Thelma Crisalli. He is survived by: his children, Thomas Crisalli (Payton) and Lisa Johnson (Steve); and his grandchildren, Krista Nordqvist, Kyle Crisalli (Emily), Devin Nordqvist, Joe Crisalli, Erin Nordqvist and Amanda Crisalli.
