He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fowler; his son Randy Fowler (Sandra); and his grandchildren, Christian Fowler, Sean Fowler, Daniel Fowler and Kaleb Fowler (Gabriella). He is also survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, his grandsons and soon to be born first great-granddaughter.
