Ellis and Ola Belle Dukes; his wife Rosa Lee (Cribb); his sons, Jack Bensmith Ellis Jr. and Guy Edward Ellis; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Hope Andrews, Jack Bensmith Ellis III, Anthony John Bugis, Tyson Lee Bugis and Guy Edward Ellis Jr..
