He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Gulik and Dena Van Gulik. He is survived by: his wife Marian Van Gulik; his sister Barbara Copper of Annapolis, Maryland; his daughters, Megan Van Rensselaer (Stephen) of Cumberland and Kate Stewart (Matthew) of Waxhaw; and his stepsons, Darryl Moyer Jr. (Sara) of Maineville and Christopher David Moyer (Robin) of Merritt Island. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
