She is survived by: her children, Alan Slate of Sanford, FL and Debra Friis-Pettitt (Gordon); her siblings, John Meanor (Sue) of Texas, Patsy Burkett (Charlye) of Inverness and Caroline Jenkins; her husband Larry Perkins of Floral City; her grandchildren, Tricia Mae Class, John David Lingerfelt, Lori Elizabeth Slate, Staci Lynn Lingerfelt, Kimberly Lynn Musbach and Mark Alan Slate; her great grandchildren, Gracie Mae Class, Greyson Class, Hannah Lynn Lingerfelt, Jordan Caden Lingerfelt, Addison Lynn Musbach and Delaney Elizabeth Slate; and also Bertha Perkins (Pete) of Texas.
