She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Kozak and Jadwiga Kozak. She is survived by: her husband Dick Kansky; her sons, Christopher Kansky and Kevin Kansky (Trish); her brothers, Michael Kozak (Anna) and Andrew Kozak (Diane); and her grandchildren, Tatianna, Maya, Jenna and Natalya.
