He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Kurburski; his daughters, Marcia Lewis (Peggy Perrine) and April Russell (Brian); his grandchildren, Joseph Lewis, Mitchell Lewis and Shapel Lewis; and his great grandchildren, Haley, Chloe, Joseph and Evelyn.
