He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph L. Budd and Josephine Budd (Lesko); and his significant other Alice E. Budd. He is survived by: his children, Cindy L. Hiskell (Raymond) of Yalaha, FL, Joseph E. Budd (Sherry) of Boca Raton, FL and Edwin J. Budd Jr. (Sandy) of Lake Panasoffkee, FL; and his sisters, Patricia J. Budd of Easton, PA and Carol Valiente of Sebring, FL. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren and many other loving relatives and friends.

A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Providence Baptist Church (4471 W Sanction Rd, Lecanto, FL 34461).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Providence Baptist Church, Lecanto, FL.
