She is survived by: her children, Lawrence "Larry" Piotrowski (Linda) and Bonnie Huizar (Gary); her siblings, Don Mularz (Peg), Barbara Peasley, Carolyn Tripp, Ron LaForest (Paulette), Suzanne Coolman (Larry) and Donna Dietz; her sister-in-law Deanna Mularz; her husband Howard Cummings; her siblings, Ted Mularz, Richard Mularz, Albert Mularz and Joann Cnudde; and her brother-in-law Don Tripp. She is also survived by several step-children; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
