He was predeceased by: his sister Bonnie Miller (Knudstrup); his parents, Ernest Knudstrup and Marie Knudstrup (Markham); and his grandson Derek Knudstrup. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his sons, Mike (Mary Eberhart), Ted (Tandy Shade), Matt (Deborah Starkey), Tom and Eric; and also Glenn.
