He is survived by: his wife Kirstie; his children, Alexis Ruffolo (Ash Sampath), Jeffrey Ruffolo and Zachary Ruffolo; his brother Christopher Mick; his stepchildren, Andrew Bennett (Kenzie), Stephanie Bennett and Ryan Calcutt; and his pet Lily. He is also survived by friends, and his pride in his children.
