He is survived by: his wife Linda Kane of Hawthorne; his daughter Mary Catherine Horsley of Starke; his stepchildren, Carrie Ann Arnold (Kevin) of Jacksonville and Edward Jason Christensen (Loren) of Jacksonville; his sisters, Janet Whaley (Leslie) of Concord, NC, Moureen Tansuwhat (Surupong) of Gainesville and Theresa Kane of Chester, VA; and his grandchild Cayden.
