She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph Harvey Spencer; her parents, Roland Page and Hattie Mae Page; her siblings, Peggy DeWitt and Roland "Hank" Page, Jr.; her children, Paul "Bo" Augustus Galloway (Diane), Nancy Gale Galloway Racine (Dale) and Charles Del Galloway (Chris); her sister Christine Page Daniel; her sister-in-law Mildred Galloway Denson; her son Mike Spencer (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Lana Racine Haffner (Todd), Michael Harrell, Hope Harrell Curtis (Chuck), Jonathan Spencer and Amanda Spencer; and her friends, Brenda, Matt Faison, Tammy Cyrus and Charlotte Moore.

Due to the pandemic, a memorial service will be held at a future date.
